If you’ve ever wondered why your work doesn’t quite fit, or you’re standing at a career crossroads, or just getting started on your career journey, this one-hour workshop is your invitation to pause, reflect, and realign. Burnout Recovery Coach Nicole Havelka will guide you through playful, grounded practices that blend reflection, values clarification, and a touch of spiritual wisdom (think: meditation without the incense overload). You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what energizes you, what matters most and how to move toward work that truly lights you up — without losing yourself in the process.
About the Presenter: Nicole Havelka (she/her) is a burnout recovery coach, yoga teacher, sustainability strategist and ordained UCC minister who helps people recover from grind culture and reconnect with their worth through rest. Founder of Defy the Trend, she’s spent two decades guiding individuals and teams through transformation rooted in radical self-worth, calm and curiosity.
