Cristo Rey Kansas City is in the process of planning our first annual Career Day for our entire student body. We are seeking professionals to share their careers with our students. The Career Day will consist of a series of presentations and interactive sessions aimed at exposing our students to a wide range of professions, industries, and career opportunities. Our Career Day will take place on Friday, April 26th and will be broken into two sessions, Morning and Afternoon. Presenters can choose to attend the morning session (8:20-11:10), afternoon session (12:45-3:35), or both. Lunch will be provided for presenters staying the full day.
Your participation would involve 5- 30 minute presentations to small groups of students. During this time, we're hoping you can share information about your career journey, the nature of your work, the required training or education, and any advice or insights you would like to share with aspiring young professionals. Presenters are welcomed to bring interactive activities, presentations, props, or anything you feel will help students better understand your world.
