Career Accelerator Programme - Taster Session

Have you reached a point in your career where you'd like to step up but feel a bit stuck? What does your career path look like so far? In this taster session, we'll look at the Birdsoup Careers framework, explore your approach to change, reflect on how you got to where you are in your career and help you work out some priorities for the future.

This residential workshop is designed for women who may have participated in our Rise Mentorship programme but are not yet ready for the C-Suite programme. It provides targeted support for those who are still advancing in their careers, offering valuable development opportunities tailored to their current stage.
