The Care Showcase event returns in 2023!

Free* conference and exhibition for adult social care owners, managers, senior staff and professionals across Sussex, Surrey, Brighton & Hove. The 2023 event will be hosted at Brighton Racecourse.

* If you are located outside the areas of Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove you are still most welcome to attend.
