The St. Joseph County Department of Health is partnering with the Salvation Army Kroc Center to host the C.A.R.E. Resource Fair on Wednesday August 13th from 4-7 PM.
 
We are offering free school uniforms for students along with free vision screenings blood pressure checks and immunizations. This is a family-friendly event designed to help students and families prepare for the upcoming school year.
 
To receive a uniform families must bring one of the following documents to verify the child's identity:
Birth certificate
Insurance card
School ID/report card
Any official document with the child’s name and birthdate
