About this Event
Join Naturalists on a hike to discover the principles of Leave No Trace and responsible ethics for recreating in the outdoors.
All vehicles need a paid vehicle pass to enter the park, daily passes are $10. Please plan on coming early on the weekends. We usually go to capacity around 9:30 a.m. and there could be up to a 45 minute wait. Please leave your pets and bikes at home, they are not permitted in the park.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, WE HAVE PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE FOR HIKES/PROGRAMS. WE ARE LIMITING GROUP SIZE TO 10, WHICH INCLUDES THE LEADER. THERE MUST BE A 6FT. DISTANCE BETWEEN PEOPLE. YOU CAN STAND TOGETHER IF YOU LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK. IF YOU DO NOT WANT/OR CAN'T WEAR A MASK, PLEASE CONSIDER NOT SIGNING UP FOR THIS EVENT AND WAIT UNTIL THE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED.
