About this Event
The first 90-minute workshop in the Care Clinic series will provide performers of all backgrounds with the tools they need to answer the question, "Who am I?" Unpack imposter syndrome, take tea with your inner demons, and ditch self-doubt with practical exercises.
Designed for VAULT Festival 2023. All performers are welcome.
About the devisor:
Amanda Grace's work as a storyteller and facilitator integrates psychological theory and theatrical framework to create performances of care. Her research into care performance earned her an MFA with distinction from Rose Bruford College in Actor & Performer Training. She holds dual honours degrees in Theatre Studies & Psychology and serves as a Disability Network Representative at the National Theatre.
