Care Circle: Speak Up Without Overexplaining

Do you ever leave a conversation thinking, “Why did I say so much?” Or you know what you need, but you end up apologising, explaining, and still not feeling heard.

This Care Circle is a calm, welcoming space for unpaid carers and women living with long-term conditions who want to communicate with more confidence and less pressure. We will talk, reflect, and practise simple ways to speak up clearly, especially when you are tired, overwhelmed, or carrying a lot.

You do not need to be confident to attend. You can listen quietly or join in at your own pace.
