Cards For A Cause: Queen City Hospice

Cards are a great way to let someone know that you are thinking of them. Plaza Art is teaming up with local non-profit, Queen City Hospice, for the second session of our Cards for a Cause charitable workshop series to create handmade greeting cards!

We will be using various mediums and card making supplies such as Speedball printmaking materials, watercolor, pen and ink, markers, collage, and more! All cards and ticket proceeds from this session will be donated to Queen City Hospice. A representative from Queen City Hospice will be on hand to talk about the organization and to assist with the card making. This is a fun and creative way to give back to local organizations.

Cards made by participants in our Cards for a Cause charitable workshop series will be donated to a different organization chosen for each session. This is a fun and creative way to give back to local organizations.

Our mission is to create a safe, comfortable setting and provide the best hospice care for our patients and their families during their end-of-life journey. We’re always eager to welcome volunteers to our care team family to provide companionship and socialization to our patients or serve as an Administrative Volunteer.
