CardioKICK™: is designed by our instructors with a very rich martial arts background, including a 2-time national champion. Striking, kick, and combination techniques will work all muscle groups, and the side benefit of stress reduction on the heavy bags.We would like to remind you of the guidelines In-Person Classes:
1. If you plan to attend class in person, you RSVP in advance. If you cancel or no-show within 6 hours of class start time, a class punch will be deducted as we would be unable to fill the spot.
