Join us outside at Brownell Middle School. (Front of school). $20 per person. The only thing that will stop us is lightning. Stay tuned in just in case.
Those new to the experience Cardio Sport is best described as the workout of sports. It’s a one hour class of sports movements and exercises in a constantly moving and changing environment to the best cover songs of all time.
Each person steps aside and takes there own breaks and jumps back in when they need to. All movements are modifiable to each persons fitness level.
FYI most of our group is not on Facebook. These event posts are for newcomers. No need to RSVP Just show up.
