We are excited to announce the Re-Launch of a Fan Favorite. Cardio Kids. This class is designed for children 6yrs - 12yrs. Our program combines cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance, and stability exercises so children of all athletic abilities will benefit greatly from the class!
