I've added a free class to the summer series and invite anyone who's interested in attending to join me. Please do not feel intimidated as you do not need to be a "dancer" or "know how to dance" to participate as this is a welcoming and inclusive setting. Melissa's original choreographed movement sequences offered in Cardio Dance are created to inspire you to move rhythmically and joyfully while enhancing your mind body connection and improving coordination, balance, and strength. Cardio Dance is for adults of all fitness levels; no dance experience is needed. Participants must bring water and may bring a face towel.
This is a free class, but donations are welcome to support mama wears pants, a wellness community and social network for bold, yet busy mamas committed to personal growth.
