3XT is a liberating dance fitness class brought to you by pro dancers to the stars. Class is to set to your fav songs including stretch, isolations, strengthening and choreography you may have seen on stage for a total body and mind workout.

This is the month of Mothers Day and whether or not you are a mother we all can come together and move for a great cause. We will be accepting donations for baby2baby including diapers, wipes formula, hygiene items.
