We’re working on some changes to our bi-weekly Rhythm Dialog Games, and we’re excited to introduce a 45-minute Cardio Drumming session into the gathering! 🎶💃🕺
❤️ ALL AGES 10–100 ARE WELCOME! ❤️
No experience needed—just bring your energy, your smile, and your love for rhythm!
🥁 What is Cardio Drumming?
Cardio Drumming combines drumming, music, and movement for a fun, energetic workout. Drum along to upbeat music while moving your whole body—great for rhythm, coordination, fitness, and, most importantly… FUN! ❤️🎶

Join us for a community Drum Circle from 8:00–9:00 PM. Let’s connect, create, and share our rhythms together!
