The 38th Cardiff Model Railway Exhibition will take place at the Sophia Gardens Cricket Ground Cardiff CF11 9XR on 31st October and 1st November 2026.
As usual we will feature a wide selection of layouts from large to small in various scales providing interest to both enthusiasts and families. Also trade stands selling new and second hand railway items. So beat the rising prices of model railways by buying your Christmas presents at the show.
Ticket price on the day is £10. Children under 15 are free but have to be accompanied by an adult.
Discounted early bird tickets will be available later in the year. These are valid for either day and can be purchased from our website.

Tickets can be posted to you, or picked up on the day of the show.
Limited on-site free undercover parking is available (75 places first come first served so get there early). Walk to the show through Bute Park from the city centre, or there are bus stops nearby and a number of pay-per-use car parks. Hot and cold refreshments (including a hot main meal option) will be available on both days.
