Cardiff Interprofessional Assessment Summer School

Cardiff Interprofessional Assessment Summer School (Cardiff InterPASS) is a two-day interprofessional summer school for all involved in professional assessment, with a practical focus on essential knowledge, methods and techniques to assist decision-making about learners’ performance and competence. Experts and practitioners from a wide range of regulated professions will share insights and tips on how to design and conduct valid and reliable assessments, how to benchmark and set pass rates, and how to interpret and communicate test results.

There will be a wide range of learning opportunities including keynotes, seminars, interactive workshops, group activities and plenty of networking opportunities in the beautiful setting of Cardiff University’s light and modern Centre for Student Life. Registration includes all sessions plus conference dinner.

The event will take place at the Cardiff University Centre for Student Life on 1 and 2 July 2024.

We are delighted that the EBMA (European Board of Medical Assessors) has agreed to collaborate on the event, and that it will also be supported by Kaplan Assessments.

• Professor Olle ten Cate, Emeritus Professor of Medical Education, UMC Utrecht, the Netherlands
