Join us for the Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board Conference 2026 — a collaborative event bringing together partners from across health, local authorities, the third sector and communities to share learning, strengthen relationships and shape the future of care and support.
This year’s conference will focus on practical partnership working, showcasing what’s working, exploring what needs to change, and identifying how we can work together more effectively to improve outcomes for people across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
