Extreme metallers, CARCASS, headline The Fleece this summer. Carcass are considered to be the major inspiration and musical foundation for most death/goregrind bands, as well as the founding fathers of melodic death metal. Ferocious and uncompromising in their execution, their ability to intricately dissect the innards of death metal, and display them for us to sonically understand has been their point of excellence for over three decades. The band released their acclaimed seventh studio album, ‘Torn Arteries’ in 2021 on Nuclear Blast.
