This training will cover the significant changes in real estate as of August 17th. We'll cover the latest industry updates, including the Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation form, new compensation rules, and the removal of Cooperating Broker Compensation. Training Objectives:

1. Understanding Industry Changes: Attendees will gain clarity on the recent changes affecting the real estate industry.

2. Compensation Updates: Attendees will learn about compensation changes as of August 17th and how to request seller coverage of buyer-broker compensation. Also, understand why the Cooperating Broker Compensation has been removed.

3. Forms Training: Attendees will understand key forms: Buyer's Representation and Broker Compensation, Seller's Payment to Buyer's Broker, and Property Showing and Representative Agreement. * We’ll discuss the unrepresented buyer.
