Being in existence since 2022 and universally recognised as one of Canberra’s most punctual bands Capybara Spa consist of Tammy, Pete, Nick, Gregg and Beck. Now further acclaimed as the band that was not quite good enough to win the 2024 Department of Rock Battle of the Bands.The time has come to commit the essence that is the distilled spirit of Capybara Spa to permanent documentation in a suitable medium. We have been unable to source any wax cylinder recording devices so we are instead going to have a live recording of Capybara Spa in the wild at Smith's Alternative at 4 pm on Sunday 23 November 2025.
We would love to have all friends, acquaintances and the morbidly interested join us to help with this auspicious event.
