Let’s be honest: our smartphones have amazing cameras, but most of us are only using a fraction of what they can do. If your photos mostly accidental pictures of your pocket, blurry grandkid photos, or a "storage full" warning, you are definitely not alone!
You can change that. Registration is now open for a 5-week Smartphone Photography Course designed to help you master the camera in your pocket, skip the tech frustration, and actually have fun doing it.
What's on the Agenda?
We’re skipping the confusing jargon and diving into the good stuff. In this beginner-friendly course, you'll learn how to:
Master the Basics: Figure out how to take sharp photos, where they actually go after you click the button, and how to delete the mistakes.
Level Up Your Skills: Get the inside scoop on taking great selfies, recording videos, and easily sending photos to family and friends.
Think Like a Pro: Learn simple, game-changing tricks about lighting and composition that will make your photos pop.
Mark Your Calendars
The FREE classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting August 4 at 1:00 p.m. The class will run for 5 weeks and end on September 3. The class will be in the Extension Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 60 East Court Street, Marion. This course is intended for older adults.
Space is limited so that everyone gets help and practice. Please call 828-652-8104 to register.
