This introductory workshop will equip you with the essential camera settings and techniques to take amazing flower photos during your next nature outing!

We'll explore how aperture controls depth of field, allowing you to blur the background and make your flower the star.
**Shutter Speed:** Learn how to choose the right shutter speed to avoid camera shake and capture sharp details.
**ISO:**
Discover how ISO affects image noise and how to find the optimal balance for capturing well-lit flower close-ups.
**Focus Modes:** We'll discuss different autofocus modes and how to achieve precise focus on your flower subject.

Learn this fundamental rule for creating balanced and visually pleasing flower compositions.

**Recommended Gear:**
* DSLR or mirrorless camera (with a macro lens preferred, but not essential)
* Tripod (optional)
* Remote shutter release (optional, but helpful for avoiding camera shake when used with a tripod)
* Diffuser (optional, a white piece of tissue paper can work in a pinch)
