Capstone Review - Optional Meeting

If you wish to schedule a sit-down meeting to complete the Capstone process (after TRS) and discuss available resources, please book an available timeslot. Capstone may also be completed by emailing your completed CRS documents without a scheduled appointment.

You must have completed TRS to complete Capstone Review. Capstone is required to be completed NLT 120 prior to EAS.

Please ensure you have all CRS documents completed for your appointment. Documents may be emailed prior to appointment or brought in-hand for review.

Please reference list below to determine required documentation based on your tier.

Tier Level 1:

1. Current Company Commander/Commander’s Designee name and email address
2. Completed Resume or Verification of Employment

Tier Levels 2 & 3:

1. Gap Analysis or Verification of Employment
2. Criterion-based post-separation financial plan
3. Current Company Commander/Commander’s Designee name and email address
4. Completed Resume or Verification of Employment
