Optional: BOOK SWAP! If you want to trade books with other guests in class, bring one that you read and loved! We'll be making a mini library where anyone who brings a book can take a different one on their way out. We are learning we are growing we are sharing! More info about the event below:

• Arrive by 9:30 AM
• Workout will begin promptly at 10 AM
• Wear treadmill-friendly sneakers and workout gear
• Spots will be assigned upon arrival
• Only guests who sign up via this event page will be admitted entry
• Class will be photographed, so DM @lifeincapslock afterwards if you want the pics!
