About this Event
Strong foundations are built through steady care, patience, and an understanding of timing.
Under the Capricorn New Moon, the Wyrd Scouts invite you to gather for an afternoon of grounding, connection, and intentional beginnings inspired by the Green Witchcraft badge series and the Sprout Tender Merit Badge. This New Moon focuses on tending the physical world with consistency and care, learning how growth responds when attention is given at the right time, in the right way. Guided by a Certified Colorado Gardener, this gathering blends practical plant wisdom with lunar awareness, offering a grounded starting point for the season ahead.
What we'll do
This Capricorn New Moon gathering is a relaxed, social workshop with gentle guidance throughout. Together, we’ll:
• Learn the basics of planting with the moon, including how lunar phases and zodiac signs correspond to different types of plant growth
• Explore seasonal planting considerations specific to our local climate
• Discuss how tending plant allies builds patience, consistency, and grounded practice
• Ask questions and receive guidance from a Certified Colorado Gardener
• Share conversation, tea, coffee, and light pastries in community
There is no required crafting or ritual work for this meetup. The focus is on learning, planning, and connecting in a welcoming, low-pressure space.
