Capricorn New Moon Cacao Ceremony & Manifestation Ritual

Come honor the upcoming Capricorn New Moon (December 30-January 1) & welcome in the (Gregorian) New Year at Gas Works Park with a cup of Cacao* around a fire.

Also join me, Bunny, in hosting my first community Cacao ceremony! I hope to host regular New & Full Moon Cacao ceremonies every month around my portable fire pit altar.

We will meet by the red chairs near the playground if it is not raining, if it is raining we will meet in the covered area across from the playground.

For the New Moon we will be setting intentions after sharing Cacao. Together, we will create a sacred space to express gratitude & plant seeds.

What to bring:

• your favorite mug (compostable cup will be provided, but a loved mug is better for enjoying Cacao in)
• a journal & something to write with
• fold out chairs, if you have any, just in case
• layers, it will be cold!!!

Ticket pricing:

I offer sliding scale pricing as I'd like to be able to afford to hold these ceremonies, but also make it accesible medicine & community. Costs go from covering cost of cacao, to gratituity for the spaceholder, to helping build Afterglow Sanctuary.

Since this is my first ceremony, the timing is not exact you're welcome to stay or leave if you feel called to.

Agenda:

Check-In & Offerings: Come aroumd 5:45 to place any offerings on the altar that feel relevant to you & settle in. Offerings can be returned at the end of the ceremony.

Grounding Technique (varies): a nervous system regulation practice to help ground us for the ceremony & ritual.

Astrological Insights: An opportunity to learn more about the current zodiac sign & the Moon phase, as well as what is best to (in this case) manifest.

Cacao Ceremony: A space to commune with Cacao through a gratitude prayer. Please bring your favorite mug to strengthen the power! I will share some affirmations while we drink.

Silent Reflection & Journaling: A silent moment for reflection & writing down anything you receive, as well as your intentions/manifestations (10 to 15 minutes).

Communal Manifestation Meditation: An opportunity to share your intentions. Then I will lead a manifestation meditation where we can harness our collective energy, blessed by Cacao, to plant our seeds.

(Optional) Connect: Stay to hangout around the fire, the park closes at 10 PM!
