We are honored to host Mestre Marcelo Angola for a workshop including Music, Movement, and Roda. All are welcome to join on Sunday, January 29th from 3-7pm! The workshop will take place in the back studio at Ashkenaz (1317 San Pablo Ave in Berkeley).
Reservation not required. Sign in and payment ($35 cash or venmo) will be accepted at the door.
Please be sure to bring your Berimbau and/or Pandeiro if you have one. We really look forward to being together with you all soon! ?

About Mestre Marcelo Angola:
Mestre Marcelo Angola, founder of Angoleiros do Mar, began practicing Capoeira Angola in August 1985 at Mestre Curio's school located in Pelourinho, Salvador, Bahia. He works with Capoeira Angola to preserve values and traditional fundamentals.
We are all excited to reunite during his return visit to the Bay Area, California!
