We are organising a dedicated in-person training session for all Mall Colleagues, conducted by Digital Platforms (Merchant Success), to ensure everyone is fully prepared for the launch of the CapitaStar Rewards Program 2.0! 🌟

This training is designed for you to learn all about the exciting updates in CapitaStar 2.0, empower yourself with the knowledge needed, and get equipped to train retailers like a pro! 🚀

Here’s what you need to know first:

• The first half of the session is open to all participants (Marcom, DSAs, Leasing, and TRM).
• The second half focuses on internal SOPs and is exclusive to Marcom and DSAs only.

• We’ve worked with CLIMB team to clock this training session as part of your training hours!
• Please refer to the training agenda for more details.

🔑 Important:

• This in-person training will be held at Capital Tower, Level 29, Taishan/Huashan Meeting Room.
