The Virginia Capital Trail Foundation is excited to present "Cap Trail 101: A Guide to the Trail"! This presentation will be a formal introduction to the Trail for folks who have been anticipating getting out on the Trail but haven't crossed that final step into going out. This will be an informative, 1-hour presentation-- starting with the early beginnings of the Trail into the current day.
