Welcome to the official event page for THE Capital Swing Convention 2025!!! Make sure you click "Going" on this page, so you can easily be updated on all things Capital! We also encourage attendees to use this page to set up carpools, room-sharing, Strictly Swings, and/or any other useful form of crowd-sourced preparation leading up to the event.

What?
This will be the third year for Capital Swing under the McHenry’s direction, and we look forward to building on a wonderful 2024 experience. There will be tons of amazing learning opportunities with some of the best WCS instructors in the world. We will be offering competitions including Jack & Jills, Strictly Swings, Pro/Am & Rising Star Routines, as well as Classic and Showcase routine divisions. For reference, Capital 2024 competitions are affiliated with WSDC, The Rising Star Tour, and NASDE associations respectively for the relevant competitions.
Most importantly, we will be facilitating a tremendous weekend-long experience, centered around gathering together, and celebrating our amazing art-form and our incredible community. Capital has been doing an exceptional job of that for 30 conventions, and we are optimistic year 31 will be the best one yet.
