Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, our local artist will guide you step-by-step through recreating this vibrant Sunset over Parliament Hill.From the glowing purple skies to the reflections on the Ottawa River, you'll learn simple techniques to make your canvas pop. No "fine art" experience required—just a desire to have fun!What’s included:
