* Bourbon Chicken: French cut chicken breast, creamy bourbon sauce, herb roasted baby red potatoes, and broccolini.
* Boneless Short Rib: 8 oz. slow-roasted boneless short rib, housemade demi-glace, Yukon Gold garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley of celery, carrots, onions, and broccolini.
