Being proud isn't bragging about how great you are; it's more like quietly knowing that you're worth a lot. It's not about thinking you're perfect - because nobody is - but knowing that you're worthy of being loved and accepted. All you have to do is be yourself and live the story that no one else can live, the story of your own unique life. Run for fun - be proud!
The 5K Race is presented by DLL.

Pricing (all registrations subject to 10% registration fee):
$25 (March 15 - March 26)
$35 (March 26 - April 30)
$40 (May 1 - May 26)
$35 for virtual event through May 26
Participants may sign up for the race on the day of the race for $45. The shirt is not guaranteed for day-of-race registration.
Packet pick-up will be at Fleet Feet in the East Village on Friday, June 9th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, located at 521 East Locust Street, Suite 100, Des Moines 50309.
The race will begin at 8 AM on Saturday, June 10 starting at 350 E Locust St, Des Moines, IA 50309.
All proceeds go to help fund Capital City Pride's programs and events that bring together members of the LGBTQ community, allies, and supporters.
