Join the Prairie du Chien Historical Society on June 13–14 for Cannons at the Fort, featuring live firings of Fort Crawford’s historic 1827 cannon along with visiting Civil War-era artillery pieces. Hear the thunder of the guns, learn the stories behind them, and enjoy a full weekend of family-friendly activities.
Saturday, June 13
🔹 Cannon Firings & Talks – 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM
🔹 Food & Ice Cream – 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
🔹 History Talks – 11:30 AM & 2:30 PM
🔹 Children’s Activities – 11:30 AM–2:30 PM
🔹 Live Music – 6:30 PM until dusk
🔹 Special Night Cannon Firing at Dusk (~9:00 PM)
