Come join Concetta and her mom Maria for a relaxed and enjoyable baking class at the Layered Studio where you will learn how to make classic Italian Cannoli from scratch!
In this class, you will learn to:
Prepare fresh ricotta cheese, the key component of the cannoli filling.
Create the cannoli shell dough, shape it using cannoli tubes, and fry it to golden perfection.
Sweeten the ricotta cheese to achieve the ideal cannoli filling.
Fill the crispy shells and adorn them with traditional toppings.
