Come join us at Fresno Flats from 10am to Noon on Saturday, June 26 for a lesson on canning from longtime area resident and educator Sage Buffington and Dawn Connelly from Yosemite County Foods. They will be providing a step-by-step description on canning, and will discuss types of canning and canning safety. Doors open at 9am for coffee and treats.
