About this Event
Canning meat using a pressure cooker is a skill that will save you both time and money, and also keep you prepared for emergencies. Pressure canning is required to safely can low-acid foods such as meat, fish and poultry. Participants will learn the basics of canning using the pressure canner and then walk through steps involved in the meat canning process. Reserve your spot on August 20 from 1-4pm. Space is limited, so register for your spot today!
