🐶💪 Canine Fitness and Conditioning Workshop!Learn multiple exercises intended to improve your dog’s muscle strength, body awareness, endurance, and flexibility during a 2 day canine fitness workshop with a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer!
👉 The workshop is focused on teaching all participating teams the following:
1, Fitness Foundation Skills for Beginners
2, Sport Specific Conditioning Exercises
3, Exercises on Stable & Unstable Equipment
4, Precision Positions for Obedience
5, Warm-Up & Stretching

⭐️ Fitness Skills Are Not Required!
Dogs do not need canine fitness experience in order to participate in the workshop. Advanced teams are welcome and the curriculum will be modified for all skill levels! However, working dogs are required to know the following behaviors to have the best experience in the workshop:
1, Train near a strange person
2, Follow a food lure and take food rewards when presented
3, Not reactive or nervous in busy environments
4, Crate in a vehicle or inside of the instruction facility
🔸 Dog reactivity will be accommodated in the workshop without impacting anyone's experience.
🙋 About the Instructor – Ronny LeJeune, CCFT, CertCN
Ronny is a professional dog trainer for Optimal Canine where she holds multiple certifications. She is a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT) from the University of Tennessee, Certified in Canine Nutrition (CertCN) from the Companion Animal Sciences Institute, Certified Canine Fitness Coach (CCFC) with the Do More With Your Dog Program, and a Fear Free Certified Professional.
She has been professionally working with dogs since 2015. With multiple certifications in canine fitness, nutrition, and training, Ronny specializes in developing well-rounded canine athletes. She actively competes in tracking, nosework, dock diving, barn hunt, and NASDA; and she is the director of Bayou Dog Sports Training Club in Lafayette, LA.
