Have you thought about your New Years resolution? Look no further for inspiration! Start a new hobby......Canicross!!Join me at Castle Fraser in the car park for an introduction to this wonderful sport. I'll go through kit, basics of canicross, etiquette and safety. Then you and your dog can try on some kit for size and once we are all geared up we will go for a wee run.
Please leave your dogs in your car for the first bit so that you can hear all the instructions. It's a good idea to arrive early so you can take your dog out for a wee wander, to toilet etc.
We have lots of kit for you try, please let us know if you will need.
