NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. Due to limited seating, advance preparation, and the nature of our experiences, Aura & Flame Fragrance Co. does not offer refunds on any ticket purchases, reservations, private events, classes, workshops, products, or services.

By purchasing a ticket or booking an experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or failure to attend.
• Tickets may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability and management approval.
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied participation without refund or credit.
• Private event deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the event Aura & Flame Fragrance Co. must cancel an event, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future experience.
