About this Event

Rest and recalibrate this Wednesday evening with a 60-minute gentle yoga class at the enchanting Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre. We will convene in the first floor gallery, overlooking Edinburgh's iconic St. Mary's Cathedral. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class. Where possible, students are encouraged to bring their own mat and any desired props (blanket, pillow, etc.). There will be some extra mats on hand for those who need them. We'll move through some foundational postures, followed by a short guided meditation. No experience necessary, suitable for all levels.

A £10-15 donation is strongly encouraged.

All proceeds will be donated to PTSD UK, the only organisation in Britain dedicated to raising awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder. Their groundbreaking work seeks to educate the public on the diverse and complex causes and manifestations of PTSD, while connecting trauma survivors with appropriate and effective treatment options.
