I am so excited to be collaborating with a dear friend of mine, Celina Joan for a Candlelit Yoga & Concert event! Celina is an incredible vocalist and friend who has such a sweet heart. The first time I listened to her sing my whole body had chills. Join us Sunday December 1st at 5:30 PM at the Quarry Arts Building. This will be a unique and immersive experience that blends the soulful art of yoga with the transformative power of live music. In this 75-minute candlelit session, Madleen will guide you through an intuitive yoga practice, responding to the energy of the environment the music by Celina.
This class is designed to flow naturally, allowing the rhythm of the music to inspire your movements. Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, this event will offer a deeply nourishing practice that engages the mind, body, and spirit.
