Join us on February 12th for a deeply ethereal evening, as we gather under the magic of the Full Moon in Virgo.
This sacred lunar event invites us to surrender, dive into the mysteries of the cosmos, and explore the depths of our inner world.
In the soft glow of candlelight, we will move gently through a yin yoga practice, targeting key meridians to unlock stagnant energy and restore balance. We will focus on the Stomach & Spleen meridians for grounding and nourishment, the Lung & Large Intestine meridians to support release and renewal, and the Kidney & Bladder meridians to promote deep rest and restoration.
Following our yin journey, we will immerse ourselves in a nourishing Yoga Nidra experience—tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system for profound rest and rejuvenation. This is a chance to reconnect with the rhythms of the moon, your body, and your soul.
