Candlelit Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Sound therapy has been used as a healing tool for thousands of years. It aids stress reduction by breaking up emotional blockages within the body and eases you into a state of meditation.

Join Christina on the Winter Solstice for a candlelit sound immersion to guide you inwards.

Her soundscapes create a progressive journey to allow for energetic shifts and offer you a deeper sense of calm. Using breathwork, gongs, singing bowls, vocal and percussion, the frequencies promote healing throughout the entire body and mind.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring blankets, water and a yoga mat. You will be laid down for the majority of the session.

This session is held in The Main Hall at Ecclesall Church. There is free parking on Ringinglow Road outside, or a small carpark next to the hall. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your spot and get comfy.
