You will experience deep rest, in a deeply sacred location, soothed by the sounds of the

crystal bowls, gong, drums, chimes and other healing instruments.

Your cells will tingle as you enjoy the the silent connection of being with likeminded others.

Stillness. Rest. Healing. Peace.

After the greeting and introduction, we get comfy on either a mat or a chair - blankets, pillows, cushions are most welcome.

Unlike other cold, stone churches, the interior of Hove Methodist Church is wooden, with wooden floor and underfloor heating, making it much more relaxing.

Tickets are available either for those who prefer to lie down on a mat, or for those who are happy to be seated.

​​The church will be atmospherically lit, for a relaxing ambience.
