Join us for a serene and rejuvenating evening of Slow Flow Yoga under the gentle glow of candlelight, at our beautiful new studio, HeartSong Sanctuary. This restorative practice is designed to calm the mind, stretch the body, and soothe the soul, with each movement perfectly aligned to your breath. 🧘‍♀️🌙
To deepen your experience, we’ll also be incorporating Sound Healing with the enchanting tones of crystal bowls and the ancient vibrations of the Didgeridoo, creating a meditative atmosphere that will carry you to a place of deep relaxation and healing. 🎶💫
