Exploring the breath, movement and stillness. We will move slowly and compassionately thru the asanas in this Beginner-friendly class by candle light. All levels are welcome.We have all the props: Bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. we also have extra mats but we encourage you to bring your own if you have one.
