This evening candlelit restorative practice is all about slowing down and embracing the power of rest and stillness.
Maggie will guide you through slow sequences of supported, passive postures (mostly done while lying on the ground) to help release tension and calm the nervous system. The use of soothing music, gentle breathwork, and candles will enhance your relaxation experience. All levels welcome. Suitable during pregnancy.
