Candlelit rest and reset-yoga and sound bath workshop

Get ready to unwind at our Yoga + Sound Bath workshop, where you can experience the perfect blend of yoga poses and sound bath in a cozy candlelit environment.

Join movement and energy guides Jenny and Laura for an evening of deep relaxation and meditative stretch with a dynamic vinyasa yoga flow and a meditative sound bath: an opportunity to dream of your future while anchoring in the present moment and pampering your senses.

During the session, Jenny will be guiding through poses designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation. The soothing movements will help you connect with your body and calm your mind. Soften your joints, relax your body and open your mind as you are led through a full body opening, mind clearing, energy stimulating, restoring and wonderful practice in preparation for a deep, meditative sound bath savasana and a full reset.

Our bodies are vibrating with sound and contain different energy centers (chakras) that correspond to different physical and psychological systems. Chakras can become blocked, stagnant, overactive, or out of alignment with other ones. Sound healing retunes our cells, balances our chakras, and restores us to health so we can vibrate at a more optimal frequency. The 7 Main Chakra Singing Bowls will each be played near the body and over the associated chakras, for targeted chakra balancing, activation and energy clearing.

This blissful experience will be supported by essencial oils and a candlelit environment in the beautiful chapel of St. Kevins community center.The perfect setting to rest and unwind.

Use these helpful tips to prepare:

1. Dress for comfort
2. Be on time- at least 5-10mins. prior to the start time.
3. Turn off your phone upon arrival
4. Prepare your space- we ask you to bring your own yoga mat but a limited will be provided
5. Clear your mind- Plan to relax.
6. Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior and after the experience, hydrate and get a good night's rest.
